THE AIRPORT OF ST-DONAT aerial view by François Côté Photo by Francine D'Amour, pilot Alain Gosselin. The St-Donat airport, now asphalted, is the "high tech" tourist entrance of St-Donat. It is actually the only airport in our part of the Laurentians and you will have to go up to Mont-Laurier or La Macaza to find another one. With this airport, St-Donat has a better position than any other municipality and it is one of our best tourist feature. It has been realized, many years ago, by an effort of all our community. It is situated between our two great Lakes, Lake Archambault and Lake Ouareau. The view from up there is simply magnificent.
