GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Saint-Donat is located up North of Montreal in the Laurentian region. Route 125 or

CIRCUIT:
(open to all, with a minimum of 18 years of age the day of the race)

ONE STARTING TIME: 7 a.m.

Individual: 100 km free style running (running or walking)* asphalted road
Team: 100 km free style (running or walking ) asphalted road (4 runners)*

NEW
Individual: 50 km free style (running or walking)*

Number worn by runners, designed for each category.
* finish within 24 hours.

CIRCUIT:
A 25 km loop, certified by the FQA*
* (Fédération Québécoise de l'Athlétisme)
Sightseeing of the course, friday afternoon.

INSURANCE: (for all)
Medical:
The participant must possess a valid (within one year) medical certificate proving the non-restriction to participate to such competition.
Liability:
The organising committee is covered by liability insurance. Runner members of the FQA are covered by their individual insurance. All other participants are invited to take care of thei own.

FOOD & DRINK STATIONS: (all races)
Provides by the organizing committee and reserved to competitors and accompanist (one per participant). 5 stations along the circuit.

ACCOMPANIST: (all races)
Bicycles equiped with lights are authorized (no engine of any kind). Possibility to rent bicycles at a rate of 25$/day.
For security matters, bicycles will be admitted in the race only after the first loop (25km).
Only one accompanist identified to his runner will be admitted.

SECURITY:
All participants will obey signals identifying the circuit. At all time, runners and accompanists will face traffic orientation.
Flashlight, body or head lamp are obligatory at darkness. It is also recommanded to wear a reflective waist or arm band. The circuit will be under surveillance by patrol security guard and volonteers.

ACCOMODATIONS:
There will be free beds , blankets and lockers available free at the Civic Center. (quantity limited)
Motels, Bed & Breakfast, private homes and campsights are also at your service. (inquire at the Tourist Information Bureau).

HEALTH SERVICES:
On the circuit: Beds and blankets, first aid team and ambulance.
At the Civic Center: Medical team, masseurs and physiotherapist.

SHUTTLE:
A free shuttle service will be available from Montreal to Saint-Donat (return).

At the Civic Center
Sunday 18th at 11 a.m.

INSCRIPTIONS:
Starting: friday 17th , 5 to 10 p.m. and
saturday 18th before the race, 4 to 5 a.m.*
* Sport Center, neighbour to City Hall.

ENTRY FEES:(include) for runners only
* Food & drinks on the circuit and at finish line.
* Personalized certificate.
